A winner of multiple awards for leadership and service, Russell holds a B.A. from Trinity College, Hartford, CT where he was 2 term President of the Student Government, and an M.S. in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business in Washington, DC. Russell is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Member of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR), and an alum of The Greater Baltimore Committee's LEADERship Program class of 2016. Russell resides in Crofton, Maryland with his wife Selah and their daughters Paige and Natalie.
