Autorenporträt
Kathleen Martin is a Gemini-nominated writer for film, as well as being both a novelist and playwright. Her film "I'll Never Get To Heaven" was produced and shown on the C.B.C. in 1995 and was nominated for six Gemini's, including Best Screenplay. She also received a best screenplay award from the 41st International Columbus Film Festival.

Her first book "Penny Maybe" was published in Canada by Second Story Press in 1999 and translated into German and published in Germany by Aufbau Verlag in 2001.

"The Halleluiah Baby" was published in the United States in 2015 by R. McDuffie Publishing

She lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband and a herd of little dogs.
