Teresa Arnao Dietz was born in Honduras, earned a culinary degree in Ramstein, Germany, and currently lives in San Antonio, Texas. She is married to David Dietz, a U.S. veteran, and is the mother of two sons and grandmother of two beautiful grandchildren. She was inspired to write her incredible life stories in order to share them with family and friends.
