We trust the healing power of putting your thoughts in writing. So, we began this self-help project and found that many of our experiences were similar. Based on that, we came to the conclusion that others may be struggling with similar issues. As a matter of course, we put together a book of our thoughts and perspectives. This book is designed to present varied and sometimes unique perspectives based on our respective life experiences and the life experiences of family and friends on subjects of interest to most.
