She had immersed herself in work. Suffering from burnout it was time to take a break. Bev made the unexpected phone call to her sister. Faye was overjoyed that Bev would be coming for a short visit. Things didn't run too smoothly for Bev. She was on her way to Faye when her trip ended up being a rough ride. What with having to stop at every garage because she had food poisoning. They couldn't reach her on the phone and she had to be found. Bruce drove for hours searching for Bev. He didn't find the blonde in the red beetle but he did get to meet someone entirely different! She was not blonde and didn't drive a little red beetle.
