The book unifies important topics relevant to both fields through a logical and systematic approach. It is intended to provide the principles of pharmacokinetics and toxicokinetics in a comprehensible, interrelated, and applied manner. It discusses the systematic overlapping of pharmacokinetics and toxicokinetics principles as well as the mathematics of modeling and interconnectivity between both topics. The systematic compilation of mathematical concepts and methodologies allows readers to decide on relevant concepts and approaches for their research, scientific or regulatory decisions, or for offering advance courses and seminars.…mehr
