Autorenporträt
Shinya Toyokuni obtained an MD from Kyoto University, Japan (1985), and a PhD in pathology from Kyoto University (1991). He worked as a postdoctoral fellow in CDRH, Food and Drug Administration, Rockville, MD, USA during 1990-92. He was an instructor, Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in the Department of Pathology and Biology of Diseases, Kyoto University Graduate School of Medicine, and since 2008 is Professor in the Department of Pathology and Biological Responses, Nagoya University Graduate School of Medicine.
