"Is there anything that we're missing from the file?" he asked as he picked up the bottle and poured two glasses of the champagne. I had sat down in one of the fine leather chairs directly in front of him and crossed my legs, allowing my skirt to slide up my thighs a few inches. I pretended not to notice him stealing a glance as I flipped through the papers. One of the pages fell onto the floor and I leaned over to pick it up, making sure that my blouse opened up enough that he could see the deep valley between my breasts. If he wanted to play this game, I was more than willing to play along with him - even if it was only until Mr. Stein arrived to review the settlement terms. Alec smiled and took a sip from one of the glasses before he walked behind me carrying the other glass. He reached over my shoulder to set it on the table, looking down at my partially exposed chest. "It looks like everything is here. Are you going to be the one to handle the negotiations tomorrow or will Michael?" I asked. "I'll do it, of course. I'm the more persuasive one. He's a good negotiator, for sure, but I always get what I want." He smiled crookedly at me. It was an invitation. This was really happening. I took a deep breath. It was now or never. "Well then, what is it you want from all this?" I asked as I placed the folder on the table and sat back in the chair, uncrossing my legs. Alec leaned against the large table in front of me and smirked again. "I'll know it when I see it," he said confidently. I pushed my chair back and stood in front of him, slowly unbuttoning my blouse. "Say when."
