Born and raised in California, I grew up in the Inland Empire during a time where families were strong and thriving. I went to, what I think some really great schools with really great teachers. All my memories and experiences molded me into who I am today. Right along with my close-knit family and friends, I managed to make it out unscathed. I had my experiences in life but through them all, I am here. I met some pretty phenomenal people on my journey to becoming who I am today. I have been in the nursing field for over 15 years, from one end of the spectrum to the other. Lastly working in mental health as I was drawn to that population to bring hope and the desire to recover. I worked hard to get through school and build a career that would sustain me and my family. After having one of the most traumatic events in my lifetime happen to me, I thought all that I had worked for would be snatched from me in a blink of an eye. On the brink of losing everything, even myself at one point, I thought I would never be able to overcome my situation. I survived the chaos, pain, and suffering, through God's love, I was able to be resilient and that is why my motto stands: Resilience Breeds Brilliance. I am a living testimony to that motto and plan to bring others hope to be resilient at all costs!
