It ranges from whimsical topics to deeper, socially conscience issues. It explores imaginary and real-life scenarios. Autorenporträt
Rhonda is an advocate and guardian of one of our most precious assets, our children and the community or village in which they are raised. Whether with her family, as an accounting manager at Community First Fund in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, at her Kingdom Hall, or in volunteer work, she understands that our children are the future of our global village. As a teacher, she is driven by her values and the need to connect children to their heritage and history. She is an exceptional communicator, and in fact, her poems are an outpouring of her work to teach her own children the power of reading and education. Rhonda holds a master of business administration degree from Elizabethtown College. This is her first published project. She is one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She is married to a loving husband of twenty-three and a half years and has three beautiful children, a daughter-in-law, and four lovely grandchildren. Rhonda enjoys music, reading, traveling, and storytelling. Her venture, Reach Your Heights (RYH), aims to advocate for all nationalities to reach their full potential in business, reading, writing, and the arts. Rhonda's family stressed the importance of family unity, education, giving back to the community, and most of all, love of God. Her "village," the Cox, Washington, Allen, Mason, Stewart, Price, and Green, believes in nurturing all of God's children. Thus, they are living out the old African proverb that "it takes a whole village to raise a child." The loss of many dear loved ones has motivated Rhonda to publish her work now. Rhonda hopes that you enjoy reading Poems from the Village, a gift from her heart to yours. Please share them with your friends and family. Future projects include Short Stories and Novels from the Village.
