Patrick Cote recently started a private investigator agency called Cote Investigations & Associates, LLC. His website is www.coteinvestigations.com. He is a licensed private investigator in Arizona. His specialties are criminal, civil cases and court preparation.He is currently teaching for the University of Phoenix for over three and a half years. He had taught at the Louisiana Campus in Metairie and online. Now, he is teaching classes in the Phoenix/Tucson metro area. He also developed new courses for the University of Phoenix.Patrick Cote was the Director of Public Services at Delgado Community College located in New Orleans, Louisiana and had been there for over two years. He was the coordinator of criminal justice at the West Bank Campus and an Assistant Professor. He developed a Homeland Security and Emergency Management Certificate program for the college and was working on an Associate Degree program when Hurricane Katrina changed everything.He was in law enforcement for thirty years, the last eleven as Police chief in three states. Most recently, he served as the Director of Public Safety for over two years in Fort Lupton, Colorado and retired in 1999. Prior to Fort Lupton, he was Police chief in Florence, Arizona and served in that capacity for two years. He was also Police chief in Somersworth, New Hampshire for seven years. He began his career in Bristol, Connecticut and rose through the ranks and attained the rank of Captain. He was with that department for eighteen years and decided to retire to assume the position of Police chief in New Hampshire.He has a Masters of Science degree in Criminal Justice Management from the University of New Haven, West Haven, Connecticut; a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Western Connecticut State University, Danbury, Connecticut; and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Tunxis Community College, Farmington, Connecticut.
