Jesus Delgado Lorenzo (Ciudad Real, 1964) es Grafoperfilista Forense Policial. A los 7 años se trasaldó con sus padres a Cataluña y en 1989 ingresó en la Policía Urbana de Barcelona donde se especializó en seguridad ciudadana y en investigación, trabajo que compaginó con los estudios de Derecho y Gestión de la Seguridad Privada en la Universidad Autónoma de Barceclona con los estudios de Degrafología Forense Policial. Actualmente es grafólogo forense de los juzgados y tribunales de Cataluña, profesor de Investigación y Grafología Forense en la Universidad de Girona y en la Escuela de Policía del Gobierno de Cantabria, profesor en Investigación y Grafología Forense policial de la escula de policía de Valencia y asesor técnico de la polícia Urbana de Barcelona, de la Policia de Figueres (Girona) y de otras entidades públicas y privadas. En 2013 publicó Cristobal Colón: su origen y vida investigando con técnicas policiales del siglo XXI (Bubok). Por este título recibió la medalla al mérito de plata de la Policía Urbana de Barcelona y del Ayuntamiento. A este libro le siguió Informe Policial: La Verdadera Identidad de Jack El destripador, que también fue muy bien acogido por los lectores y críticos.
