Autor

Peter Scholten is Associate Professor of Public Policy & Politics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Frans van Nispen is currently Associate Professor of Public Administration at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, having worked previously as policy analyst for the Dutch government.
