Lou Gaglia's story collection Poor Advice and Other Stories won the 2015 New Apple Literary Award for short story fiction. His work has appeared in Main Street Rag, Eclectica, Thrice Fiction Magazine, Forge Journal, Serving House Journal, Hawai'i Review, and many other publications. His second short story collection, Sore Losers, is forthcoming from Spring to Mountain Press in the fall of 2016..
