Together they unlock the secrets of the mer people and their hidden habitats.

A warrior colony is one of the first discovered. Can the two mer people and their human friend prevent a catastrophic attack on the colony?

Will those warrior mer people return the efforts of the team with gratitude or death?

Will the mer people be able to unite into one people with one goal, one government, one ruler and one purpose or will they remain splintered into individual colonies like in the time before King Poseidon?

Will the discovery of an ancient temple and the revelation of the modern Poseidon bring unity or a dictatorship to the mer people?

Philip Hamrick is a retired assistant fire chief. He was forced to retire in 2013 due to health issues. He drew on his love of science fiction, his love for two Australian TV series from Johathan M. Shiff, and divine inspiration to come up with an idea for a book that would create a completely new world with both mer people and humans existing on the same planet. After much thought and brainstorming, Poseidon's Legacy came to life.
