The postal system was one of the most important systems of the ancient Islamic state. The caliphs and sultans paid great attention to it from the beginning until the end. In doing so, they were only following the example of the Persian kings and the Roman Caesars, who saw this system as one of the strongest pillars of their great king. This book deals with the edges of the subject, and in collecting its material it used the most important references, both Arab and foreign. It recognized the status of the postal system in the administration of the Islamic state, and then presented the summary of its knowledge and research in an interesting and attractive presentation. It is a contribution by its author in revealing an aspect of the immortal Islamic civilization.
