John Jefferson Davis is Professor of Systematic Theology and Chair of the Division of Christian Thought at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts.

Dr. Davis (PhD, Duke University) is the author of several well-known books, including Theology Primer; Foundations of Evangelical Theology; Evangelical Ethics: Issues Facing the Church Today; Frontiers of Science and Faith; Worship and the Reality of God; and Meditation and Communion with God, as well as numerous articles in scholarly journals.

He and his wife have five children and six grandchildren, and live in Hamilton, Massachusetts.
