Knowing that The Rock was likely to appear in our prison wedding photos, I shrugged dismissively and turned towards my handsome groom. I was about to marry my daughter's father, one year after he was sentenced to five consecutive terms of life imprisonment. Prisoner's Wife epitomizes my life journey that brought me into this situation, including five people dead and many others injured, as a result of my husband crashing his 25 tonne Mack Truck into a bar full of people at Ayers Rock. On the eve of his release from Prison thirty years later, I provide a quick narrative in autobiographical style explaining my choices, and describing the consequences of those choices.
