Prof. Shahid Mumtaz is IET Fellow, IEEE ComSoc, VTS, IAS, and ACM Distinguished Speaker, recipient of IEEE ComSoC Young Researcher Award, Founder and EiC of IET "Journal of Quantum communication," EiC of Alexandria Engineering Journal—Elsevier, Vice-Chair for Europe/Africa Region—IEEE ComSoc: Green Communications & Computing society, and Vice-Chair for IEEE Standard on P1932.1: Standard for Licensed/Unlicensed Spectrum Interoperability in Wireless Mobile Networks. His expertise lies in 5G/6G wireless technologies using AI/ML and Digital Twin (VR/XR) tools and innovation path towards industrial and academic. Moreover, he worked as Senior 5G Consultant at Huawei and InterDigital, contributing to RAN1/RAN2. He has more than 15 years of wireless industry/academic experience. He is the author of 4 technical books, 12 book chapters, and 300+ technical papers.
Prof. Danda B. Rawat is Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies, Full Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), Founding Director of the Howard University Data Science and Cybersecurity Center, Founding Director of the DoD Center of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (CoE-AIML), Director of Cybersecurity and Wireless Networking Innovations Research Lab, Graduate Program Director of Howard CS Graduate Programs, and Director of Graduate Cybersecurity Certificate Program at Howard University, Washington, DC, USA. Dr. Rawat has published over 300 scientific/technical articles and 11 books. He has been serving as Editor/Guest Editor for over 100 international journals, including Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking, Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions of Service Computing, Editor of I EEE Internet of Things Journal, Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions of Network Science and Engineering, and Technical Editor of IEEE Network.
Prof. Varun G Menon is currently Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science Engineering at SCMS School of Engineering and Technology, India. He is Distinguished Speaker of ACM and Senior Member of IEEE. Dr. Menon is currently Associate Editor of Physical Communications, IET Networks, IET Quantum Communications, Series Editor of IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, and Technical Editor of Computer Communications Journal. He is currently Guest Associate Editor of IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, AND IEEE Transactions on Green Communications and Networking. He has served over 20 conferences like IEEE INFOCOM, IEEE ICC, IEEE CAMAD, IC3SIS, EAI SmartGov IEEE COINS SigTelCom, in leadership capacities, including the program co-chair, track chair, session chair, and technical program committee member. His research interests include sensor technologies, intelligent systems, the Internet ofthings, green IoT, wireless communication, fog computing, and networking.
