I struggled with procrastination for many many years. I tried many things but most of them failed. I tried things like doing your bed in the morning. I tried having a clean desk. I tried just doing it now. I tried being positive. I tried having a healthy diet. I tried using supplements and medicine. All of these things are bullshit. The answer for procrastination is very logical. The answer is a giant elephant in the room and you are completely missing it (just as I did for many years).
