So, we need to figure out what thinking is all about: doing to us, every single moment, pushing, pulling, diverting and seducing, away from what? What is it, that it does not want you to find?
This book is about the structure of thought, the thought generator and the effect it has on us, every moment of our life, every second we go along with it, identify and align with it, get personified by it.
You are not your thoughts. They happen to you, me and us all, they are there and to not be drawn into their deceitful temptations of wanting more of the same, is where the hard work lies, to not be identified with our thoughts. We need to harness them to keep up with reality, now, here.
Our focus needs to be at the root, not where and when the sequential accumulation occurs.
