Autorenporträt
Matt Wilkinson is a writer, director and voice artist. He trained at RADA and has performed in theatre, TV, film and animation. He wrote and directed Psychodrama as a pop-up at Never Forever, London in summer 2021, nominated for two Off West End Awards. My Eyes Went Dark (Finborough / Traverse / 59E59Theaters New York) was nominated for three Off West End Awards including Best Play. Other work includes Sun is Shining (Kings Head / BAC Time Out Critics' Choice Season / 59E59Theaters), Red Sea Fish (Brighton Pavilion / 59E59Theaters), Just Let Go (Chisenhall Dance) and the adaptation of Hideki Noda's Red Demon (Young Vic / Theatre Cocoon Tokyo). New work includes a three-hander Spirit of Eden; Snow Child, from the novel by Eowyn Ivey; and No Time For Dreaming, a gig theatre piece about American soul singer Charles Bradley.
