She has been a pioneer in digital practice in social work and is Fellow of National Institute for Health Research (NIHR), School for Social Care Research (SSCR); her research inClaudia has published her work and research in multiple articles and books and her books include: 'Psychosocial and Relationship Based Practice'; 'Safeguarding Children and Young People Online' and 'Social Media and Social Work: Implications and Opportunities for Practice'.
