He is the author of four textbooks, multiple journal and conference papers and he holds U.S. Patent # 5,483,170, Integrated Circuit Fault Testing Implementing Voltage Supply Rail Pulsing and Corresponding Instantaneous Current Response Analysis, issued Jan. 1996.
