Autorenporträt

Sandy Goforth is a late blooming writer. Her first written work encompassed taking her passion for the flora, fauna and the exquisite designs of Hawaiian quilts. She created a series of children's stories. She became a contributor in a book, entitled, Called from Within: Early Women Lawyers of Hawaii. She branched out and wrote a newspaper column. Sandy grew to love Jenny Joseph's poem "When I Am Old" when she was invited to join the "Red Hat Society. She had always journaled and as she reviewed her journals, she saw a pattern emerge; God's revelation in daily life. Thus, Purple Parables: Snippets from Life came to life.
