Vanessa Carvalho lost both her parents when she was young, was bullied at her aunt's house, and was discriminated against by her classmates at school. But she worked hard to enter a boarding school in Geneva, Switzerland, during which time she established the "Light of Equality" club, dedicated to promoting social equality. The club has encountered many difficulties in its development, including funding shortages, internal conflicts, and external resistance. She and her members have been working hard. Although they continue to encounter challenges, they have always adhered to their beliefs and worked tirelessly to promote social equality.
As long as we have hope, firm beliefs, and positive actions, we will definitely bring changes to the world. I hope this book can inspire more people to become light chasers and contribute their own strength to achieving social equality.
