A poetic remembrance:
Even if I draw here upon life experience,
And others seem to appear,
In reality,
These are each,
Just projected out aspects of self.
As in you is me.
And I am one,
Also with you,
Mirrors of one another's generosities.

Autorenporträt
Marsha Jane Orr, MS, MA, MEd Early in her career, Marsha, trained initially in Organization Development, Industrial and Labor Relations, and worked as a chief negotiator, fact finder and arbitrator. Following her husband's death, a clear career demarcation point, she launched her own firm and primarily allied with major consulting firms offering strategic HR interventions, change management and executive coaching services. That ended in 2007 during the global financial crisis. Independently, then, Marsha began coaching several clients who were MIT and Harvard graduates, brilliant, but exhibiting characteristics of Autism, ADHD, and Asperger's. To learn better how to support her clients professionally, Marsha undertook education as a teacher of students with moderate disability. How this led to migrating to Perth, Australia is another story, but the visa requirements of over age 45 immigrants to Australia required that Marsha drop her earlier career and take up work as a teacher in a specialty area of need: i.e. teacher of students presenting with disability. Five years later, with dual citizenship in hand, Orr returned to the USA and again faced career dilemmas that led her to work as a grocery clerk and pearl shop salesperson. An old acquaintance from Mackinac Island, MI USA came into the pearl shop and launched Marsha's career as the Director of Development at the Mackinac Arts Council which her childhood friend founded. It just goes to show that trails laid along the way consistently build lasting foundations over time. Five years later, Marsha has returned to her earlier calling with clients, mentoring leaders who mentor leaders. You may learn more about her work at IntrepreneurCoaching.com
