It's Jake Rossiter's birthday, and all he wants to do is celebrate with the luscious Miss Jenkins. But when the wealthy owner of Seattle's swankiest gay nightclub calls to tell him that Trixie, the club's biggest attraction, has been knocked off, what's a private dick to do? Soon, suspects are rampant, alibis are screwy, and leads are unraveling like a cheap feather boa. Jake's search for Trixie's killer takes him from the hallways of high society to the back alleys of blackmail and corruption -- and through dangerous detours on Queer Street.
