The targeted question in this book is: What is the purpose of our Arab and Islamic nation in our current present? The purpose of asking this question is to determine the direction of the compass, instead of deviating it to other goals. Its visions are scattered, its people are misled, and nations lose their goals. The purpose of the nation is represented by two goals: The first is cultural advancement, which means that our nation regains its cultural position, so that it is not at the bottom of the nations, and that it is a leader and not a follower, distinguished rather than an oppressor, strong rather than weak. This applies to the entire Islamic and Arab nation, and also to the various countries that carry their civilizational identity. The strength of the nation comes from the strength of its people, and its prestige is achieved from the elevation of its countries. First, we must know that we are distinguished in our civilizational identity, which emanates from Islam as a reference in culture, morals, values, and trends. Which establishes our privacy, putting us in a state of positive equality, facing intellectual invasion, defeating the arrogance of other nations, and achieving intellectual, cultural, psychological and scientific excellence. The second goal is to achieve renaissance, by which we mean development in its comprehensive sense: economically, socially, educationally and humanely, in a way that makes man dear and honored in his homeland, and makes the homeland self-sufficient, not dependent on others. It obtains its necessities and needs from its homeland's natural resources, and its children control... His abilities and capabilities. This is what is discussed - in detail - by the studies and research in this book.
