Like a good host, May serves as an enthusiastic introducer, teacher, and cheerleader." -Publishers Weekly "The bounty of creativity is inspiring, and the variety of quilts featured will open the readers' eyes to all of the aspects of this popular movement... This volume belongs in all quilting collections." -Library Journal (starred review) "Light in tone and visually beautiful... Quilting with a Modern Slant will become the book on modern quilting by which all others to come will be measured." -Craft Nectar
