Syed Zahoor Ahmad was born on May 4, 1934, in Bangalore, India, and belongs to a family of Qazis (Islamic judges). He migrated to Pakistan with his family in the April of 1948. He holds two master's degrees in English literature and economics from Pakistan and a master of science degree in transport studies from the University of Leeds, England. He is widely read. History, philosophy, and religions are his special areas of interest. He has a deep understanding of the Qurán. Mr. Ahmad now is Pakistani American and lives in Ocala, Florida, with his wife and has four children.
