Ledesma, PhD, is assistant professor of higher education in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Utah's College of Education. Tara L. Parker, PhD, is associate professor of higher education and chair of the Leadership in Education Department at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Series Editors: Kelly Ward and Lisa E.
