Dr. Partha Priya Das is an Associate Professor at Arka Jain University, Jamshedpur, with a rich background in Commerce, Management, and Music. Holding a Ph.D. from Ranchi University, he has a diverse educational background, including LLB, B.Ed, MA-Edu, MBA, and M.Mus. He is a faculty member in the Performing Arts Department, specializing in Tabla and indian classical Guitar, at The Tagore Society, Jamshedpur. A silver medalist in Tabla and Guitar from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, he has over three decades of experience teaching and researching. Dr. Das has presented papers at national and international conferences, published articles in reputed journals, and authored book chapters. His research interests include globalization's impact on private enterprises, and he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Music. Dr. Das is also actively involved in extracurricular activities, including serving as a faculty member in performing arts and participating in cultural festivals. Dr. Moni Deepa Das is an Assistant Professor in Commerce at Jamshedpur Worker's College, with extensive experience in teaching at various institutions. Holding a Ph.D. from Ranchi University, she has a diverse educational background, including LLB, B.Ed, MARD, MBA, and M.Mus. She is a faculty member in the Performing Arts Department, specializing in Kathak, at The Tagore Society and Sangeet Kala Kendra.
