Autorenporträt
Shukui Tan is a professor, doctoral tutor and vice dean at College of Public Administration of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China. He has successfully got approval of five projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Social Science Fund of China, published 34 SSCI/SCIE papers, more than 200 Chinese papers, 7 Chinese textbooks, 2 Chinese monographs and got eight outstanding achievement awards in social science of Hubei Provincial People's Government. His research interests include Land Management, Real Estate Management, Housing Policy.

Dr. Wenjie Cai is an associate professor at College of Public Administration of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China. She graduated in 2006 with a bachelor degree in Public Administration and got her Ph.D. in 2013. She has been working in the area of Housing Management for more than a decade. She has published a couple of SSCI journal papers and a book on Chinese housing system. She is now working on a project funded by the Ministry of Education of China on Achieving Housing Consumption in China.

Ying Chen is an associate professor at College of Public Administration of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China. She graduated in 2003 with a bachelor degree in Land Resource Management and got her Ph.D. in 2008. She has successfully got approval of five projects from National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Social Science Foundation of China and Ministry of Education of China. She has published more than 40 Chinese papers, 1 Chinese textbook, 2 Chinese monographs. Her research interests include Land Management, Land Economics, Housing Policy.
