Autorenporträt
Dr. Mulakaluri Rama Manohara Babu is Distinguished Scientist, Director ASL obtained M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad in 1994. He was conferred with Ph.D. in Marine Engineering on Acoustic Emission Testing of Carbon Epoxy Filament Wound Pressure Vessels from College of Engineering, Andhra University in 2014. He was the founding Director, Centre for Advanced Systems and was responsible for the production of missile systems. Later, he took over as the Programme Director – Missile Programme consisting of 8 projects across different DRDO labs covering various configurations of missile systems, ground support systems and sites. He is also responsible for the design, development, production and deployment of long range missile systems of various missile variants.

Dr. Manoj Kumar Buragohain is an outstanding scientist at Advanced Systems Laboratory, Defense Research & Development Organization (DRDO), India. He received hisB.Sc. in Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela, M.Tech. and Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, and PGDFA from The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. Dr. Buragohain has over two decades of hands-on experience in design and development of composite products. His primary research interests are in the fields of geodesic and non-geodesic filament winding, tape winding, rosette lay-up and contact lay-up. Some of his major contributions have been in large size composite pressure vessels, grid-stiffened composite structures, tubular structures, ablative liners, and composite rotor blade. He has several journal and conference publications to his credit and is a life member of Indian Society for Advancement of Materials and Process Engineering (ISAMPE) and Aeronautical Society of India (AeSI). His contributions to the field of composites have been well recognized and he was awarded Laboratory Scientist of the Year Award, National Science Day Commendation Certificate & Silicon Medal, DRDO Award for Performance Excellence, and Agni Award for Excellence in Self-reliance.

Dr. Srinivas Kuchipudi is a senior scientist at Advanced Systems Laboratory, Defense Research & Development Organization (DRDO), India. He received his Ph.D in Physics from Osmaina University, India and conducted his postdoctoral research at National Tsing-hua University, Taiwan. He has over 20 years experience in non-destructive evaluation of composite structures using various advanced techniques including acousto-ultrasonics, thermography, microwave and nuclear magnetic resonace. He is receipient of several awards during his career. He has over 60 publications in peer reviewed journals of national and international repute.
