Produktbeschreibung
Reflection Point: A collection of thoughts and poems based on true stories (and lies)
Modern twenty-first century poetry.

From the playful and whimsical to the deep and thought-provoking, Reflection Point is the perfect accompaniment to a little me-time. The collection, which is more than a decade in the making, encompasses a diverse array of elements making it suitable for young and old.

There is a fine line between the optimistic pessimist and the pessimistic optimist. Adam Elias Zain does not help one little bit in drawing or defining a distinction between the two, merely creating an interesting curiosity within the reader to have a seat in the company of the writer's vivid thoughts. There is absolutely no promise that the poems will change your world or the way you think. Or will they?

Reflection Point contains adult language.

Autorenporträt
Adam Elias Zain was born and raised in the north of England. Primarily educated in Lancashire, higher education study took him to Yorkshire for a few years and then Essex. Zain is a firm believer of continuing education, and further education enabled him to experience Cardiff, Wales. Seeing different parts of the world, and the UK of course, is a hobby of Zain's, and he intends to see more and more of the world with time.

As a young boy, one of Zain's favourite hobbies was people-watching. As a grown man, this has not changed and people continue to create a fascination in his eyes. Indeed, this is often the source of inspiration for many of his poems. Every person has a story to tell, and Zain wants to know that story. Zain is always curious to know where people have come from, their backgrounds, their thoughts on life and other matters, and their ambitions. And yes, admittedly, sometimes the truth is not as entertaining as what could be made up, but when the reverse is applicable, it is a delightful treat.

Zain started writing in his late teens, but only recently in February 2014 did he publish his first ebook. From A to Zed and off to bed! is a children's poetry and rhyme ebook, and this was quickly followed by the exciting release of Reflection Point. Reflection Point is more than a decade in the making and is a diverse collection of Zain's thoughts and poems. Contemplation Height was released at the same time to deliver a sneak preview to readers who may want an insight into Zain's style of writing. Zain is keen on rhythm and rhyme, but often breaks away from this style. He also has an interest in Haiku poems, and consequently, dedicates a section in Reflection Point to such writing.
