Reflections in Nature was written in response to the enormous suffering from the recent COVID-19 pandemic and to look at nature and poetry as a way of offering opportunities for people to reflect in a deeper way about their lives, and what is significant to them. Along with the reflections from the poems, there is space for people to journal each week how their own personal journeys have affected them, and what they feel is important to them through what may be difficult life experiences.
