Whatever we do, whatever our profession, it undoubtedly includes an element of performance. Taking this notion as the starting point, this work is a collection of reflections on various aspects of performance in the widest possible sense of the word. Combining passion for professional and personal development and love of theatre, the objective of Spotlight on Performance is to help people perform at their full potential, knowing society benefits when individuals operate at their best. This objective mirrors in many ways the aim of this publication.
