Rezensionen
"The author empirically investigates three major aspects of the reforms. ... Combining interview data with a thorough analysis of official documents, the book nicely complements previous research on the Kinnock reforms ... with a comprehensive focus on changes in formal structures and management procedure. ... are relevant not only for Commission experts and public management scholars, but also for researchers and practitioners interested in organizational change and the implementation of administrative policies. ... a timely and relevant read."
