Certified life coach, longtime health care professional, and cancer survivor, Virginia Ritterbusch, lived with anxiety from trauma experienced very early in life. Tired of fear and doubt, she began researching self-help strategies. REFRAMING is quick to learn. Practice makes it a habit!

  • Easy-to-create habit-building strategies;
  • How your breath can switch out self-talk;
  • Launching self-awareness through present moment mindfulness;
  • Creating change is a byproduct of self-awareness;
  • Repurposing struggles as strengths for creating change.

Autorenporträt
Virginia wanted to learn why she was filled with shame every time she looked in a mirror? She wanted to understand why anxiety, depression, and obsessive thinking interfered with feeling joy? Personal research led her to Reframing, the primary technique NLP (Neurolinguistic Programing) is based on.

Reframing rewires thinking pathways so focusing on reality replaces apprehension. Reframing is a reliable resource all people can use regularly and trust in its effectiveness to sidestep the sabotaging beliefs that burden their lives.

The Reframing technique increased her confidence and gradually helped stretch personal boundaries by managing her emotions. Honing self-awareness and using the strategies in this book became her coat of arms—yielding life-changing insights that have allowed a rewriting of her story.

Over 25 years of experience as a dental hygienist, working one-to-one with patients, and being privileged to teach them oral care, made the transition to a coaching career very smooth for Virginia. Completing her BS with a concentration in psychology and becoming triple certified as a life coach, positioned her to encourage anxiety management through self-leadership.
