July is a studious religious teenager who doesn't have a boyfriend or a social life. She starts having what she consider sinful dreams. Her mother is concerned about the effect that it is having on her; her mother takes her daughter to her young Southern Baptist minister for consoling. The Pastor thinks that she is having the usual teenage problems but agrees to use hypnoses to find out what her problem is. He takes her back to a prior life and discovers something shocking and that could impact on his own peaceful life.
