Autorenporträt
Hal Malchow is a political consultant who pioneers the use of data and advanced statistics to target voters in political campaigns. His 2003 book, The New Poltiical Targeting, helped change how campaigns were conducted. He is author of four works of fiction, the last of which, 42 Million to One, was finalist for two national and one international awards. He is a member of the American Association of Political Consultants Hall of Fame.
