Jerry is the Elvis lookalike who drives a shiny new 1957 Chevy. The other two kowtow to Jerry. That is, if they expect to continue to ride. And then there's Jack, the witty but romantically-challenged "innocent" who dreams of stealing Saxon Browne from her Greek Adonis boyfriend.
Of course, there's another woman, Linda, for whom Jack has lusted since diapers. Unfortunately, she's married to the brutal high school football coach. But Linda needs information... and she's willing to play to get it. Jack's innocence will be tested. Or bested.
So... this tale? It's a mashup - rom-com, historical fiction, a dash of murder mystery, and a bit of coming-of-age saga. If your funny bone needs stroking, RFI should delight. The rowdy language of the teens is enough to keep you rolling.
