What is time? What are people and how do they pass through time? Where have the departed gone? Are they truly dead, strangers to this world and to those who are still here? Or is there a reality inaccessible to those here, with the departed as silent witnesses and observers of what happens in this life? It is said that we will all be reunited in the afterlife. But sometimes we meet them again earlier.

Autorenporträt
Bogdan Mateciuc was born in 1972 in Braila (Romania), a town on the Danube.

After graduating from high school in his home town, he attended the POLITEHNICA University in Bucharest, obtaining a BSc in Mechanical Engineering.

He worked for many years in the commercial field for various companies.

He discovered his passion for writing during his University studies, writing opinions and translating texts on controversial topics (alternative history, therapy for homosexuals, etc.).

The recurring idea in his texts is the reunion of people from different times. Although he does not consider himself a nostalgic, Bogdan has a particular view on the passing of time and the temporal existence of people, especially family members. The texts in which he describes reunions with people from the past should not be classified as dark or scary, but should be approached with a smile and hope.

Bogdan Mateciuc lives in Bucharest, is married and has three children.
