For years the peope have suffered greatly under the brutal dictatorship of President Tambala and his notorious Presidential Guard. When the nation's favorite statesman is falsely accused of plotting to kill the President, a few brave men decide to take matters into their own hands, and hire a group of mercenaries from South Africa to assassinate the President.
With time in short supply, the hastily improvised plot becomes mired in unforeseen problems. The assassin fails to kill the President. An innocent bystander, Sarah, is kidnapped, and then to complicate matters further, the President is nowhere to be found. No one seems to know where he is, or if he is dead or alive!
