Autorenporträt

Andreas Karsten, Diplom-Physiker und Branddirektor a. D., ist selbstständiger Unternehmensberater in Hamburg. Zuvor arbeitete er u.a. in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten und im Bundesamt für Bevölkerungsschutz und Katastrophenhilfe. Stefan Voßschmidt, Jurist, ist im Bundesamt für Bevölkerungsschutz und Katastrophenhilfe (BBK) als Dozent tätig. Beide Herausgeber sind Mitglieder der Deutschen Gesellschaft zur Förderung von Social Media und Technologien im Bevölkerungsschutz (DGSMTech) und haben mehrfach im Bereich Bevölkerungsschutz veröffentlicht.
