Autorenporträt
Mel Skinner is a yoga teacher, reflexologist, writer and a lover of yoga, particularly restorative yoga and yoga nidra. She became a qualified yoga teacher in 2014, and launched into intensive study, both with a number of skilled and inspirational teachers and alone with a yoga mat and plenty of books. In that time she discovered more about herself and became aware of the link between mental and physical wellbeing and the unresolved grief of losing one's caregivers and home. She learnt a new way to listen to her body, and discovered the joy that comes from dwelling deep within slow time.
