Autorenporträt

Derick Grant is originally from Princeton, New Jersey, where he played his high school and college basketball. Grant finished his career at the College of New Jersey as the second all-time leading scorer with 1,543 points, averaging 21 points per game his senior year. He earned New Jersey Athletic Conference Player of the Year in 2005 and also was a Third-Team All-American for the NABC. Derick played in seventy different countries as a member of the world-famous Harlem Globetrotters. Known as one of the best shooters in the history of the organization, Grant is in the National Basketball Hall of Fame for knocking down the first four-point shot in the history of the game. In eight seasons with the organization, he had the opportunity to appear on various TV shows.
