Jim Dent is a native of Rome, GA where he lives with his wife of 32 years, Ali. He received his bachelor's degree from The University of Georgia and master's degree from Kennesaw State College. He is a deacon at First Presbyterian Church and formerly served as a missionary with Mercy Ships.
