The finding of this detailed descriptive study with sufficient financial analysis and comparative variables is that Walmart is the lucrative choice for the past, present and future investors with the estimation of terminal value at the end of the fiscal year 2026 estimated US $580 billion and the fundamental value of US $735 billion. The assumption is made on in-depth financial analysis with reliable data and calculation. The result of this study shows that due to the emergence of stronger competitors and for being matured, Walmart is not performing as expected by investors but its gigantic market size and capital will make it capable of doing business profitably over a longer period of time. The ultimate decision given in this study for the investors is to buy. This study gives the future researcher a basis on doing further theoretical and empirical research basis on this industry leading company.

Samsul Alam, a person who loves it when people are truly happy is a dreamer and likes to shape his dream into reality. His favorite quote is the works that one left will remember him/her. His early childhood spent in his village in Madaripur district of Bangladesh with hardship but with a zing. He is used to leading a simple life. He completed his MBA and BBA in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Dhaka with brilliant academic records and a considerable experience in IT who also completed M.Phil (Equivalent) from the University of Extremadura, Spain through fully-funded Scholarship awarded by ERASMUS MUNDUS LEADER Project. He got Dean's honor list award from Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka. He participated in various national and international conferences, training, workshop, and seminar. His vision is to be a renowned University Professor where he can utilize his innovative way of thinking. He is a hard worker, truthful, punctual & sincere in his work. His hobby is traveling. His long term goal is to serve his motherland. Alam is a person having faith in Almighty Allah. He urges to publish insightful research papers in renowned journals. He has been serving Daffodil International University as a Senior Lecturer of MIS. He has research interest in the field of e-commerce, business analytics, e-learning, e-health, fin-tech, Islamic finance, ethics in business, and topic related to information systems and business administration. By this time, he has published some articles in reputed national and international journals.
